Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused foil components or accessories in their original protective padding and box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the gear at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your replacement equipment within 5-7 business days.
