What is the typical shipping time for AXIS Foils equipment?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery can range from 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Do you offer a warranty on your hydrofoils and boards?
Yes, all AXIS Foils products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage resulting from misuse, impact with reefs, or normal wear and tear.
What is your return policy for unused gear?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Are AXIS components compatible across different foil generations?
AXIS is known for its modular system. Most Black Series and Red Series components are compatible within their respective ranges. We recommend checking our compatibility chart or contacting support before mixing different mast and fuselage generations.
How should I maintain my foil to prevent corrosion?
We recommend rinsing all components with fresh water after every session. For long-term maintenance, apply Tef-Gel to all stainless steel bolts and disassemble the foil every few weeks to prevent salt crystallization and galvanic corrosion.
